The Embassy of Ireland in Moscow is normally open Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 12:30 and from 14:30 - 17:30.

The Visa Office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 - 12:30.

If you are in need of emergency assistance, please ring the Embassy at +7 95 937 5911 and leave a message on the answering machine.  The answering machine is monitored regularly, and the Duty Officer will contact you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may contact the Duty Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin at +00353 (0)1 4082000.
